Subscription Terms

Effective and last updated: August 25, 2026

Important: PushEvery AI memberships are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple In-App Purchase. The exact localized price and subscription period are shown before you confirm payment. Your Apple Account is charged at confirmation, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

1. Agreement and provider

These Subscription Terms supplement the PushEvery AI Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. “PushEvery AI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer and seller identified on the PushEvery AI App Store product page. By purchasing or using a membership or Credits pack, you agree to these Subscription Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store and payment terms.

2. Available auto-renewable memberships

The benefits described on the purchase screen are part of the offer. Any “estimated images” or “estimated video seconds” are illustrations based on one type of generation only and do not include text-generation, editing, or publishing charges. Actual usage depends on the feature, content, selected platform, duration, and the Credits quote you approve.

3. Price and payment

4. Automatic renewal

Your subscription automatically renews for another period of the same length unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge your Apple Account within 24 hours before renewal. The renewal price is the price shown by Apple, subject to any notice or consent Apple requires for a price change.

You can manage or cancel the subscription at Apple Account Subscriptions or through iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app or disconnecting a publishing platform does not cancel a subscription.

5. Membership Credits

6. Consumable Credits packs

PushEvery AI may also offer 100-, 300-, and 1,000-Credit consumable packs through Apple In-App Purchase. These packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. Purchased Credits remain on the device account when membership ends, but may be used only while an eligible membership is active. Consumable purchases are generally not restored by Apple’s Restore Purchases function. Keep the app installed and contact App Support before changing devices if you need help with a completed purchase.

7. Plan changes and Restore Purchases

The membership plans are placed in one Apple subscription group. Apple controls the effective date and any prorating for upgrades, downgrades, and crossgrades. You should not be billed for more than one plan in the same group at the same time.

Use Restore Purchases in PushEvery AI to ask Apple to restore an eligible active subscription on a device signed in to the same Apple Account. Restoration does not necessarily transfer locally cached files, connected-platform authorizations, work history, or consumable Credits. If an eligible membership does not restore, use App Support.

8. Cancellation and expiration

After cancellation, membership normally remains active until the end of the already-paid period. At expiration, membership-only features and use of Credits stop. Separately purchased Credits remain recorded but cannot be consumed until an eligible membership is active again. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your cloud data or publishing history; deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy.

9. Refunds, revocations, and billing failures

Apple handles billing and refund decisions. You may request a refund through Report a Problem, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, we may remove the related membership entitlement or Credits. If refunded Credits were already used, the device account may show a Credits debt and billable operations may be paused until the balance is restored.

If renewal billing fails, Apple may retry the charge. Access during any billing grace period depends on Apple’s status and the Service configuration. If the subscription expires or a grace period ends without successful payment, membership access ends.

10. Availability and changes

Membership provides ongoing access to eligible Service features; it does not guarantee that every AI model, connected platform, or publishing API will always be available. Third-party platforms can change permissions, quotas, formats, or API access. We may update features and prospective Credits rates for security, quality, cost, legal, or technical reasons. We will not reduce an already-paid subscription period’s core entitlement in a way prohibited by applicable law or Apple’s rules.

11. Contact

For subscription support, open the PushEvery AI App Store product page, choose App Support, and mark the request “Purchase” or “Subscription.” For charges, cancellation, billing, or refund decisions controlled by Apple, use Apple’s subscription settings or Report a Problem service.
