PushEvery AI Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 25, 2026

In short: PushEvery AI uses a device-level account so you can create AI content, connect publishing platforms, publish content, maintain Credits, and verify App Store purchases. We do not require your name, personal email address, phone number, address, contacts, or payment-card details to create that device account. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

1. Scope and service provider

This Privacy Policy applies to the PushEvery AI mobile application, its cloud functions, and related support services (collectively, the “Service”). “PushEvery AI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer and seller identified on the PushEvery AI App Store product page. That App Store seller identification is incorporated into this Policy.

For privacy questions or requests, use the App Support link on the PushEvery AI App Store product page and mark the request “Privacy” or “Legal.” This is our designated contact channel for this Policy.

The Service does not ask for your social-platform password. Sign-in and consent occur on the relevant platform’s or authorization provider’s page. Apple processes your payment method; we do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.

Free-form prompts and uploaded media can contain information about you or others. Please do not submit sensitive or third-party personal data unless you have a lawful reason and the necessary permission to do so.

3. Device permissions

The Service requests access only when needed for a feature you choose:

You may deny or later withdraw camera, microphone, or photo access in iOS Settings. The affected optional feature may then be unavailable. Changing a permission does not delete data already uploaded; see Section 9 for deletion choices.

4. How we use data and our legal grounds

Depending on where you live, we process data because it is necessary to provide the Service and perform our agreement with you; because you consented to an optional permission or connected-platform authorization; because we have a legitimate interest in security, fraud prevention, support, and reliable operation; or because we must comply with legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and App Store obligations. We do not use your content for third-party advertising or our own unrelated public-model training.

5. When data is shared

We share only what is reasonably necessary with the following recipients:

We require service providers that receive user data from us to provide the same or equivalent level of protection described in this Policy and required by the App Store Review Guidelines, to use the data only for authorized services, and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

6. No sale, targeted advertising, or cross-app tracking

We do not sell or rent personal data. The current Service does not include third-party advertising and does not link data from PushEvery AI with data from other companies’ apps or websites for targeted advertising or advertising measurement. If this changes, we will update this Policy, the App Store privacy disclosures, and obtain any consent required by law or Apple.

7. International and regional processing

Cloud and service providers may process data in a country or region different from yours. Domestic and international publishing routes may use different provider environments, and data you direct us to publish will be transferred to the selected platform’s systems. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border processing. Local law may give you additional rights.

8. Retention

Deletion from active systems may take a reasonable period. Limited copies can remain temporarily in protected backups or where retention is legally required; they will not be used for unrelated purposes.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

For a cloud-data deletion request, use the PushEvery AI App Store product page’s App Support link and state that the request concerns privacy or device-account deletion. We may ask for the minimum information reasonably necessary to locate the device account, verify the request, protect purchased entitlements, and prevent fraudulent deletion. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to, or appeal to, your local data-protection authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access restrictions, server-side authorization checks, separation of device accounts, credential hashing where used, and transaction idempotency controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and connected-platform accounts secure and review content before publishing.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child who cannot lawfully consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted data may use App Support to request deletion.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, providers, law, or App Store requirements. We will change the “last updated” date and provide additional notice in the app when a material change requires it. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated Policy, except where consent is legally required.

13. Contact

Service and data controller: the developer/seller identified on the PushEvery AI App Store product page.

Contact method: open that product page, select App Support, and mark the request “Privacy” or “Legal.” This is the official support channel associated with the Service.
